Celebrate New Year’s Eve at The Blue Door on 5th with an amazing Dinner Party
We are offering two sittings for New Years Eve. The first will be for groups wanting an early dinner from 5pm – 7pm with a 3 course menu for $79 per person including a glass of bubbles on arrival.
We will then be offering a 6 course tasting menu for $139 per person for guests wanting to celebrate with us for the whole night including a glass of Champagne to celebrate 2018. Reservations for the second sitting are available from 7.30pm and we will be open until 2 am.
Wine pairings are available to perfectly compliment the food.

Fire roasted with miso, coriander, macadamias, bonito flakes and brayo

Cooked over charcoal with heirloom tomatoes, basil, pickled onion and olive
Ranger Valley Wagyu Intercostal
Slow cooked for 10 hours and finished over charcoal with anise myrtle compressed cucumber, Natural Bridge radishes, celery, chili, confit egg yolk and red kelp
New England Lamb Shoulder
With smoked organic garlic, Shroom Bros oyster mushrooms, heirloom cherry tomatoes and sweetbreads
Smoked Vanilla Pavlova
With Yuzu jelly, seasonal fruit, caramelised white chocolate, freeze dried mandarin, French meringue, smoked vanilla custard
